Well, I have something that I have to tell you. I hurt my back last month. I did yoga one morning. Do you know the plow pose? It’s one of the yoga poses. I can usually place my toes on the yoga mat. But my body may have been stiff in the morning. I’ve heard the sound from my back, and then felt a sharp pain.
I went to an orthopedics surgery and got an X-ray. The doctor told me it is a compression fracture and would take a few months to recover from my injury. Oh, my god…
Unfortunately, I won’t be able to guide for a while. I hope for a quick recovery. Until then, see you!
