Booking Process

A guided tour provided by iTWS japan is carried out in accordance with one of the two types of contracts listed below:

Described below is the booking process from application to conclusion of contract which differs between the two.

The Guide Interpreter proposes on our travel portal a model guided tour plan which includes major destinations and activities.
The Traveler who are interested in the model plan contacts the Guide Interpreter by using the contact form prepared on our travel portal. The Traveler’s requests for customizing the plan are highly appreciated.
The Guide Interpreter reconstructs a guided tour plan by her/his best efforts to meet the Traveler’s requests.
The Guide Interpreter issues to the Traveler the Plan Document which has been reconstructed in line with the contents of the Traveler’s requests and an application form.
The Traveler who intends to apply to the Guide Interpreter for the guided tour contract fills out the application form, submits it to the Guide Interpreter.
The Traveler pays to the Guide Interpreter the guide interpreter fee, the amount of which is mentioned in the Plan Document, by the date mentioned in the Plan Document.
The contract enters into effect when the Guide Interpreter has agreed to the conclusion of it and received the guide interpreter fee.
The Guide Interpreter issues the Contract Document to the Traveler promptly after the conclusion of the contract.
The Traveler pays to the Guide Interpreter the expenses to conduct the guide services during a period from the date when the payment of the guide interpreter fee has been done to before or on the date of the commencement of the guided tour.

The Guide Interpreter uploads on our travel portal a guide-organized tour plan in which the destination and itinerary of the guided tour, the amount of the guide interpreter fee and the application fee, etc., are specified.
The Traveler who intends to apply for the guide-organized tour contacts the Guide Interpreter by using the contact form prepared on our travel portal.
The Guide Interpreter will respond to the Traveler by sending back an application form.
The Traveler fills out the application form and pays the application fee to the Guide Interpreter.
The contract enters into effect when the Guide Interpreter has agreed to the conclusion of it and received the application fee.
The Guide Interpreter issues the Contract Document to the Traveler promptly after the conclusion of the contract.
The Traveler pays to the Guide Interpreter the guide interpreter fee, the amount of which is mentioned in the Contract Document, by the date mentioned in the Contract Document.
The Traveler pays to the Guide Interpreter the expenses to conduct the guide services during a period from the date when the payment of the guide interpreter fee has been done to before or on the date of the commencement of the guided tour.
